Fake Battery ("the app") is a novelty/prank app that displays a fake dead-battery screen. This policy explains what information the app does and does not handle. In short: Fake Battery does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
None. Fake Battery does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any account. There is no sign-up or login.
None. The app does not save any usage data, settings, or history. Nothing is written to persistent storage, and nothing you do is retained after you close the app.
Fake Battery works entirely offline. It does not make network requests and contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting services.
Fake Battery keeps the screen awake while a fake power-off sequence is running so the illusion is not interrupted. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, files, or other sensitive device data. It cannot and does not actually power off, drain, or affect your device's real battery.
Fake Battery does not collect data from anyone, including children. No personal information is gathered regardless of the user's age.
The app integrates no third-party SDKs that collect data. Because no data is collected, none is sold or shared.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a revised "Last updated" date.
